Solar Project Development for Purchase
About
A solar power plant project to be developed in the Khmelnytsky region of Ukraine, with the option to incorporate a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) if required by the commercial strategy, grid conditions, or offtake structure. The project is held through an existing Ukrainian LLC that is already established and possesses all necessary project rights, creating a clear and efficient platform for acquisition and further development.
The project’s strongest competitive advantages are the private ownership of the land and the close proximity to the grid connection point. These two factors materially reduce development risk, improve execution certainty, and support a faster route toward construction readiness.
Project Status To Date
1.
Origination and screening
Site shortlist, land title screen, planning constraints, solar resource
check, preliminary offtake concept, grid availability, technology solution and financial model.
2.
